School Fundraiser
Moored Pie Shop Fundraiser :: Competition Mulah
Hello everyone, and welcome to my blog! :) I am Chad William Wolfe, lead game designer of an indie game designing team known as Kiira! This year we will be making some pretty interesting stuff, so please look into it! So, anyways, this isn't really the right time for introductions, I'll tell you more about myself later, or you can just watch my upcoming Youtube videos that will be all about me just expressing myself in a slightly humorous way. Anyways, as the topic states (I know, this is a very poorly written blog entry, I just skipped the introductions, I apologize for that), I need help in raising money for a very important school fundraiser.
This fundraiser is not your typical "sell a lot of stuff and get a prize" ordeal. Actually, the main focus of this fundraiser is to save up enough money to go to what my class call's "state", which is actually just a big competition for programmers, IT nerds, and the like. So, how would it be benefiting the students? Well, we would be able to actually go to the competition, for starters. There's a bit more to it than that though. The winners of the competition, from what I've heard, get some pretty well earned representation for colleges, which is my main focus for going in the first place.
So, have you heard of Business Professionals of America? That's basically a club that will assist all the student in my class in both getting into a college and getting scholarships. Not many people in my class are really fond of the idea of asking people for money for a fundraiser for a competition they won't even be going to anyways. Thing is, I may be one of the select few that actually have the knowledge of a certain area to go and the interest in going. Not meaning to sound conceded, but that just explains why exactly I'm so desperate for some donations.
